Our cleaning, and how we go about it

When you call us, we do not just give you a price over the phone. We ask about the size of the space, the number of rooms, the type of flooring, and what areas need the most attention. We talk about what you expect from the cleaning, whether it is a one-time deep clean or a regular janitorial schedule. We ask about access, who will let us in, and whether there are any security codes or keys we need to know about. Then we give you a clear, straightforward quote based on what we see and what you tell us. No surprises, no hidden extras. We tell you what we will do, what it will take, and how long it will take us to do it.

Our work comes down to the details. We use commercial-grade cleaning solutions that are tough on dirt but safe for the surfaces we are working on, and we match the method to the material. For tile and grout, we scrub and rinse. For hardwood, we use the right cleaner and a damp mop, never soaking the wood. For carpets, we vacuum thoroughly and spot-treat stains. We wipe down baseboards, door frames, and light switches, the places people often miss. We clean inside appliances, under sinks, and behind toilets. We dust from top to bottom so we are not re-dirtying what we already cleaned. This is the difference between a clean that lasts and one that looks good for an hour.
