Our crew arrives with commercial-grade vacuums, microfiber cloths, restroom-specific disinfectants, and trash liners. We empty every receptacle, wipe down high-touch surfaces like door handles and light switches, clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and dust common areas. We check our work against a checklist before we leave so nothing gets missed.
The size of your space and the number of restrooms and common areas drive how long each visit takes. A single-story office with a breakroom is different from a multi-floor facility with a reception area and several restrooms. The type of flooring matters too: carpet needs vacuuming, tile needs mopping, and hardwood needs a gentler approach. The frequency of visits and the condition of the space at the start also shape the plan.
On the day of service, our crew works around your schedule, whether that means coming in after hours or during the day. We bring our own supplies and equipment, so you do not need to store anything. Color-coded cloths
We use different colored microfiber cloths for restrooms versus breakrooms and desks. That stops cross-contamination between areas where germs are more likely to be present.
Disinfectant dwell time
Restroom disinfectants need to stay wet on the surface for a set time to actually kill germs. Wiping them off too fast just moves the dirt around without sanitizing.
